Macaroni Salad - by Tony Wong

This popular favorite is a great side to any summer barbecue! Serves 6.


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz macaroni (uncooked)
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 cup onions (diced)
  • 2 prepared jalapenos (diced)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring water to boil, add salt and pasta, cook until done. Drain and rinse under cool water. Set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl, then add in the macaroni. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve, at least half an hour.
