Shrimp Salsa Dip - by Tony Wong

A fresh and easy salsa made with Shrimp and lime juice. Serves one dozen.


Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces salad shrimp
  • 2 plum tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Let chill at least one hour, covered, in fridge.
